Hi ppl,
I have a Athlon 650 448MB RAM AIW Radeon 32MB machine.
I am trying to convert all my video tapes into VCD.
I first capture them into AVI and then convert them to
MPEG using TMPEnc. The AVI and MPG files seems fine but
when I burn them into VCDs, it has annoying little jerks
(mostly not noticable.. skipped a few frames etc) all
over the place.
When I view the VCD using PC, the jerks
aren't that bad and you can't really notice them but they
can get really bad when watching them using a VCD player.
Since i am thinking of dumping all the tapes after the
conversion, I was hoping to get REALLY good archive of
my fav shows.
Please help. Thanks in advance.
PS: I have to capture in 576x7?? (for PAL) to make a
SVCD right?
SY Lim.
