    and i make it to the last section

    Re-multiplexing ATI MMC 7.1 captures for total VCD 2.0 compliance.

    specifically with step 7 and on... what is this VCDMUX and why cant it be found any where

    does any one else have the ATI All-In-Wonder and is able to help me... thanx in advance

    Looking at that guide you mentioned it appears to somewhat dated and to be honest I never heard of VCDMUX till your post. If your already using TMPGEnc there's no need for a separate utility to remux your file. Just use the mpeg tools listed under the file tab of TMPGEnc. Make sure you select "MPEG-1 Video CD" next to "Type" under the multiplex tab, select your input and out files and hit run. That's all there is to it.

    I have been using ATI All In Wonder for quite some time now, I never had the necesity of remultiplexing, I just drop the file in nero and burn the VCD. Of course you have to update the registry using MMC Registry Tool, and you will have a standard compliant VCD File.
