    Hey

    I just formatted my pc, and now I cant play some of my movies on my computer, well I can play them but I cant hear the sound... its only on some of the movies... Anybody got an idea what codecs I need or whats wrong?

    Identify the audio codecs in the files with gspot or mediainfo and then download the codec. Or install ffdshow, it supports most audio formats.

    You probably need an AC3 filter.
