  1. when trying to encode a avi. can somebody tell me how to fix this?

    It had some weird troubles in the last version, but the current version is allright.
    If it still doesn't work, then the DIVX/AVI file has an error in it... try fixing it with DIVFIX (sorry, dont know the URL, but I do know that when you strip the index, it sometimes works on a buggy avi file...)
