best settings for size

whats the best settings to give the best qualtly vs size when using TMPGE so the movie will fit on to 2 700mb/80mins cds when making a svcd??have no problems cutting etc just seams that most svcds i make end up on 3 discs would like to use only 2 yet still have resonalble quality 8)

There are no best settings, each source is going to require perhaps something different. If you move away from the compliant SVCD templates to fit more on a disk, the quality will drop, and it might not play on your player.

If you have a good source ( DVD rip > AVI )VCD's is just as good as SVCD, and will usually fit on 2 disks.
