I captured 25 min. of video at res. about 464 x620. Encoded with TMPGEnc with the ntsc with some color correction and at 2000 kb/s.
When i view video with windows media player time is 25 min and then when i burn with nero to make vcd nero give me a time of 42 min.. VCD plays in dvd player with no problems but also states that video is 42 min..
How can i coorect this so i can fit more of the same type of video on one disc.
Is the bit rate causing the time to show longer. I raised the bit rate for better quality.
please help,
