    With vcdeasy i make pmeg stills of jpg files.
    When the pictures are small and i make the stills the borders
    of the picture are bended when played on the tv.

    The stills are of type: vcd 2.0 ; NTSC; high;
    resize filterpline
    TV (aspec ratio correction)n and 4/3 on

    TV cropping 3%

    Mpegsize:220kB

    My tv is a PAL bigscreen
    My dvdplayer a panasonic DVD-RA61

    why make ntsc stills if you have a pal tv ... also the crop needed ona tv for video safe is more like 10% but 6% is ussually ok
