I got a DVD+RW/+R burner with my new computer and I've been pretty anxious to try it out. I made a copy of my Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas DVD that plays just fine on both my new and old computer.
However, the action is quite shaky when I play it in my Apex AD 1500. Fast movement is not fluid at all, no matter what bit rate I encode to.
I'm using Verbatim DVD+Rs and +RWs right now.
Has anyone else with this player encountered these problems? Can you play burned DVDs just fine?
Note: VCDs play fine.

I have the same setup and yes my dvds play fine. How are you copying these disks???

Sounds like it could be a field order problem.
Give us details on your methods for encoding and authoring. -
EDIT: You were right on the money, faceman101. I switched up the field orders and everything plays just fine now. Thanks for the help.
