Starting off from an MPEG downloaded from my DVR, encoding to VCD with tmpgenc works flawlessly. However, if I try to encode to VCD using ULead DVD Movie Factory, audio ends up being 'chipmunky' -- high-pitched fast audio. Video is fine.
Thoughts?
