I currently am using a 1394 card with the TI chipset for my PC. After doing some research, it seems that there are some compatability problems with the TI Chipset (i.e., Canopus website). Any suggestions on a replacement 1394 Firewire card that does NOT use the TI chipset? Thanks!

I have one from CompUSA based on the VIA chipset. It has worked flawlessly in Win2K since it was installed. Best of all, the price was only $30 since it doesn't come bundled with a bunch of cripple-ware.
Here's the link...

I have a Chump USA pcmcia card that works well. Don't have a link, but it is the only one they put their name on for pcmcia.
