  1. I remember a while ago I made a XVCD with a menu made with nero.

I imported a graphic and titled it and it had a number one for the
    file... 1. on the screen.

When I pressed enter on my remote the 1. would blink and the XVCD
    would begin to play.

Ok, now when I press enter I get a no smoking like symbol indicating that I cannot use that function. I tried to use play, fast forward etc, and nothing works....the XVCD will not play.

If I burn the XVCD without the menu it will play fine.

    What have I done wrong?

Also is there a way to get rid of the number one?

    Thanks,

  2. It makes sense to use Nero's menu only when you have mutiple video tracks on one CD. That's what Nero's menu is all about. Numbers on the menu are corresponding to video tracks. It's not a chapter menu. If you have only one track, you don't need menu whatsoever. I am suspicious that this might be your situation.

  3. Thank you this may be my problem.
So the menu will not work if I only have 1 file?
I will cut up the file and see if it now works,
    Thanks

  4. With Nero I think "NO" becuz nero use numeric funtion for menu (I believe). If you want simple menu (like one title then hit play button to play movie then use should go with VCDeasy or TSCV (you can find in doom9). TSCV (vcdimager GUI) will support both numeric and play button. Better yet you can have chapters in your movie as well.
