Hello all,
i woke up this morning finally fixed my ailing Hollywood magic card (corrupt registry entry) and suddenly my monitor has a sort of yellow cast to it. Is this what monitors do when they are on their way out? Or is it just some internal Radeon AIW issue? Should I upgrade my drivers and hope for the best? HELP.

Yeah, this is one of two things. If you are using the VGA pass-through cable with the Hollywood Plus card, make sure it is securely attached. If this does not solve the problem, hook your monitor up directly to your video card and see if the problem goes away, if so your pass-through cable may have been damaged, maybe even you hollywood plus card.
I mentioned a second potential problem; if the color effect remains no matter where or how you hook up the monitor, then the monitor itself may have sustained damage, unless you can fix the problem by adjusting your color controls on the monitor (if any) you may have to have it repaired (trust me, don't try it yourself, this can be very dangerous and very painful unless you are well trained) or replaced.
Hope this helps

Thank you guys so much...the loose cable was it. I can't believe that I didn't think of that first. I just saw the color change and froke out. You guys are the best. Thanks.
