As title, used Smartripper 2.41 as ususal and have done subbed films before but these ones are selectable in the DVD and have not done these before. What has happened?

I need them as my Japanese is not very good at all lol.

I ripped first with Movie, then ripped via stream processing . I assume the subs are present but they just don't appear in WMP or PowerDVD.

Anyone help? TIA.
