Hello,
I've ripped several DVDs and they all have subtitles. I was wondering if there's any software I can use to search through the text of the subtitles / closed captions from the VOB DVD files?
If anyone know of a way to accomplish that, please let me know.
Thanks!

CCExtractor can extract closed captions from VOBs and store the text and timings in .srt format. Anything that can search a text file should be able to search the .srt files. You could edit the .srt files easily, but turning them back into closed captions is impossible, unless you have DVD Lab Pro or some other program that supports closed captioning.
