  1. Hello, I am trying to change my mpeg file that I ripped from my VCD that has two language channels; left being mandarin and the right is Cantonese, ( or maybe the other way around), but I want to know is, How Can I delete one of the audio tracks on my movie to where it just doesn't exist on my new copy. I want to burn it without the other language.

Someone please tell me how to remove the language.

  2. Take your mpeg file and demux it with TMPEG tools. Use simple demux. Now you'll have a .m1v video stream, and a .mp2 audio stream.
You'll need an audio editing program, something like CoolEdit, to load your .mp2. If your audio editing program doesn't understand .mp2 audio, you'll have to convert it to WAV first. Delete the audio channel you don't want in your audio editor. Copy the channel you have left to the other channel. You'll only have mono, because there was no stereo info anyway. So make both left and right channels the same, with the language you want. Save your file. Probably as a WAV. Re-encode your WAV to .mp2. Use headac3he or SCMPX. Now mux your .m1v and the new .mp2 with BBMpeg. Or with the latest TMPEG.

    Good luck!,
