Is there a way to put 4 vcd movies at 1.2gigs each give or take on one DvD-R or RW 4.7 gig and still work on stand alones dvd players? I have only made it to 3 but i cant compress the movies down small enough. The 3 i added where Disney type vids. I have used DVDit 2.5, MyDvD DvD Workshop etc but it always compresses them to half a DvD even though the movie is only 900megs to 1.2 gigs. The end result in quality is execelent at 48khz audio at mpeg1 format. Is there another program that converts them to vobb iso etc and remains the same in size or close to it? Or any other steps thats worked for you. Thanks in advance......

1) You only have 4.3 Gigs of space on a blank DVD-r(W) not 4.7. Search the forum for an explanation.
2) To maximise capacity, ensure that your authoring app is set up to use MP2 or 2chan AC3 audio and not PCM, which is often the default. PCM is uncompressed and takes up loads of space.
