    Is there any way to convert quicktime movies to mpg WITH sound?

    TMPEG doesn't do it.

    Virtual dub doesn't deal with quicktime files.

    Anyone? I've looked everywhere. No one seems to be able to answer this.

    Do I need Adobe Premier? The paid version of QT Pro? A golden ticket?

    I JUST CONVERTED A .MOV (QUICKTIME TRAILER) TO SVCD FORMAT TO TEST IT. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SURE YOU HAVE "TOOLAME" AND UNDER ENVIROMENTAL SETTINGS ON THE EXTERNAL TOOL TAB "CHECK" LAYER 2 UNDER EXTERNAL AUDIO CONVERTER AND POINT IT TO WHERE YOU HAVE "TOOLAME"
