as we know , we get the image interlaced when opening the d2v file in TMPGenc. So... i don't want to use the DE-INTERLACE filter , because i'm losing resolution ( the picture don't look so sharp when doing this ).
It is possible to compress my movies, preserving exact quality of the file,
but eliminating this lines?

because when i open a VOB file in media player , the Video is not interlaced and has an amazing quality.
why i get the image interlaced after opening the entire movie with the D2V file ?
