Here's what I'm sure is a simple question, but I was unable to find it in the FAQ.
I'm feeding my video card with the output of my VCR and would like to have the option of watching TV through the card on my computer.
I capture with Premiere, but the capture window is too small for viewing.
Is there software (freeware?) that turns your computer into a very expensive TV?
Thanks!

You didn't complete your profile so we don't know what kind of capture/video/tv-in card you have. You must have received some kind of tv app with it. Just put it to full screen. Otherwise there are lots of capture apps depending on whether you use vfw or wdm drivers and most if not all of them have a full screen mode. In addition they usually have tuner capabilities in case you can and decide to hook up coax also.
Look under Other .. tools... capture on the left.
The maker of your card may even offer some free software on their site.
Its the same apps for viewing or capturing. There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.
