    Hi Guys

    can you help me I'm trying to create a vcd version of swordfish (R2)Widescreen but when I play the vcd on my dvd player the film is alright in some areas but then goes blocky for a small amount of time then goes back to being a perfect picture.

    This is what I'm using

    Smart rip
    DVD2AVI
    Tmpgencoder
    Vcdeasy

    my settings when encoding are

    1. Pal
    2. Non Interlace, Field A and 16:9 625 Pal
    3. Full screen

    any ideas

    What speed did you burn the VCD at? I've had this happen if I burn at a speed higher than 4x.

    It was set to x10 I will try it on x4 i never even looked at the speed setting thanks.
