  1. when i use TMPGEnc to encode any of my divx's, i get audio but no video.
    I followed the instructions on

    Make sure if the input file is a NTSC you pick a NTSC Templete. I know some times this happened to me if I pick the wrong Templete. Dont know if this is the case with you dont might want to try.

    Code:
    NTSC if the video source is 29,97
    NTSC Film if the video source is 23.976
    PAL if the video source is 25 FPS.

  4. were you able to see the avi files alright?

    If not, the most likely reason is that you don't have the right codec ... try going to divx.com for the divx codec ... if that still does not help .. go get the nimo codec package ... that should help ...

  5. the original avi file can be viewed with no problems using windows media player, or the Divx player 2.0

  6. Have you tried raising the priority of the Directshow filter in TMPGEnc ?

    Go to Options-Environmental Settings -VFAPI plugin

    right click and select
