    i tried every template of tmpgen

    stil i got the shocking flickering end results

    on pc and on dvd r

    i got a p3
    650 mhz
    256mb

    free hd 14 g where the ecode is
    and free 7 g where the movie is encode from

    what are you trying to do? VCD, SVCD, or DVD?

  6. Ok, now we're talking... ha..ha.. ))
    your DVD burner should come with burning software, don't know about yours but mine (MyDVD which is crap) all I have to do is just drop the file and it start do it's own magic, as long as it's a 720x480, Mpeg-2, 48Khz @ 384stream.

    Other than that, even if you try to drop Mpeg-1, it still can do but it just takes a little longer to reencode.

    Anyway, PIII 650 might just don't cut to play home made 720x480 at 29.97fps. Try master VCD or SVCD on CD-RW first then move up to DVD. Or at least try making a DVD with low constant bitrate, yup, it'll come out crap but as long as it comes out, then go from there. Bottom line, "constant bitrate" is a key to your problems.
