If the files are not all the same format (bit rate, resolution, etc.) the first step is to make sure they all are by loading them one by one into the batch function and doing it while you sleep, or if you want to do it manually, Through the main program screen or wizard, making sure the final formay is VCD compliant for your burning software.

After they are all in the format, use File -->MPEG Tools...-->Merge & Cut.

Select Add, select all the files. Select a name for the final video file and enter the name in the box where the Browse button is.

Select the first file then Edit. When the window pops up, make sure the entire file is selected, if not move the slider to beginning, select start, move the slider to the end, select end.

Select okay, and repeat for all your videos. When all your files are selected, select Run -- Voila! All your files will be merged into one file

Why merge them, just drop them in one after another, without a menu they will play in sequence, with a menu you can select which one to play or play from
