Help with ULEAD MOVIE FACTORY????

I don t no what is wrong WITH it ??? it always working before.
I JUST finish with DVD2SVCD a movie of (2:10) S-VCD and i made 4 image .
the first part-one is was working with ulead movie factory.
After i tring the rest but is imposible is say (the generic error cd/dvd software chex the drive and try again later ) i do not understant why ????is say that? ON the end of the day i tring again part-two was ok with the ULEAD MOVIE FACTORY .I AM TRING WITH THE REST of the part 3 and 4 and i have the same probleme AGAIN ???? SOME BODY HAVE A ANSWERS .

OK I found the probleme (drive) Ulead send my a new pacth for it seem than everething work again .
