  1. I am trying to use Ifoedit splitting it to 2 DVD'S, but every time it shut down and I get the send report to microsoft? Does anyone know why this is happening.
Do I need a patch or something for XP?

    Thanks

the website, http://mpucoder.kewlhair.com/Derrow/ , says that it is not supported under xp. basicly means ,don't ask them for help because they don't know what causes the problem with the people who do have problems. but i use it all the time with sp1( and before on regular xp) and it only errored on me once out of about 40 uses.

  3. Yeah, I have no idea why it has always worked on my XP Pro box, pre- and post-SP1.

The ifoedit site says if you have problems try going into the ifoedit.exe properties and setting the compatability to Windows 2000. I've personally never had any issues. But alot of people say that helps.

  6. 8) Right click on short cut to ifoedit.
    set compatability to NT mode
    apply and exit
    should work OK now.
I had the same problems in XP until i set to NT mode.
Also the latest version is more XP compat. ver 0.932

  7. I had the exact same problem with IFoEdit not working. I was running a Thunderbird 1.4 AMD and windows XP. Then I put in a Palamino 1.6 AMD and using same windows the IFOEdit just started working.. So I guess it could be proccessor that screwed it up in XP ..
