Is there any way to name all 500 of my VCD movies to a .txt or.doc format? What i would like to do is when i go to the video store to rent movies i can take a peace of paper and have the movies i have already checked off so i dont rent the same movies twice. If i typed all the movies my self it would take me forever to do im looking for a prog todo that. I asked a programmer and she told me she would charge me $200.00 bucks. I told her I would find her ugly ass a date for $200.00So if you guys no of one pls let me know

Not sure if this will help you but, you can do it in DOS.
Using the command prompt, go into the folder that holds all your movies, then type
*I am using an example folder called My Movies!
Types DIR>list.txt
This will put a file called list.txt in the same folder, it will list the DOS name and file size.
I hope it helps you. -
Are they already on discs?
If so, start typing...
