    i tried changing mped video to vcd and the programs wont load it like TMPGEnc and virtualdub in TMPGEnc it says when i try to load it it said can not open or not supported. can someone please help me

    If it is mpeg video it might already be in a vcd compliant format. Find out what the properties of the mpeg video are using this small program and check to see if the values match up.

    Use a(n) (X)(S)VCD authoring software like VCDEasy to burn it.
