DVD to DiVX

I have ripped the vob files from my Gundam Wing EW DVD. I successfully converted them to Divx 5.02 codec and ripped the audio into wav format (Gundam Wing Endless Waltz AC3 T02 3_2ch 448Kbps 48KHz.wav). Now my question is how do I combine the two into one big Divx Movie file. I used Smartripper and DVD2AVI. All the guides I looked at show me how to combine both into a VCD but I want to keep it divx because it takes less space and the quality is excellent with Divx. Help please.
