    i have a divx file that i burned as a VCD and i noticed that the picture looks elongated like the end of old kung fu or clint eastwood movies. is there something i can do to fix this.

    When you encode check the source and output aspect ratio's....they are not the same for every job you do..... change em then go to preview...that will show you exactly what finished movie will look like.
