    Hi,
I have managed to sucessfully convert several rm to avi files using tinra and guidence from GuiGuy (bless him!). These files work perfectly in Windows Media Player - sound, video in absolute sinc.

However when I used Nero to burn to VCD everything slipped out of sinc. The video was far too fast and the sound was a bit quick on one file too. There is no problem with the avi file as it plays perfectly on my computer -is Nero the problem?

I understand that Nero coverts the .avi files to mpeg then to vcd... should I convert manually to mpeg (TMPGEnc ?) then burn ?

Any help or guidence would be gratefully appriciated !!
