    These are the programs I use to convert a DVD to VCD:

    -DVD Decrypter
    -DVD2AVI
    -TMPG Enc12a & VFAPI plugin
    -VFAPI codec 1.3b
    -Virtual Dub
    -VCD Imager
    -CDR Win

    Now I just need to know a program that has the ability to take the subtitles from the DVD I'm ripping and put it into my VCD.
    Is there a way, for doing this.

    vcdeasy might have this in their new version, i'm not sure.

    I got sub station alpha, is there a good tutorial or a step by step; on how to use the wav timing and other details on putting subtitles to VCD.
    I checked the little tutorial on this site, but it wasn't enough.

    alright I got the subtitle; but when I save the .vdr file from virtual dub, and open it on the TMPGEnc 12a it freezes!!!!
