CAN I CONVERT VCD TO DVD FORMAT? HOW

I made several vcd and burned them/ now i am planning to buy a dvd burner and was wondering if i can convert de vcd to dvd format? if this conversion will improve the quality or make it worst. and if is better to capture all videos again into dvd format?

yes you can change these to the dvd format and you will need to convert them using somethig like tmpgenc.look to the left in the how to section and follow this .you can get all the tools you need in the tools section to the left as well . for your question about the quality this all depends on the quality of your original so the better this is the better the end result.

You can reduce a video or picture with same quality but have not return..
