  1. I just recently had a problem with my tmpgenc 2.54 plus and just recently it does not support d2v files. I have done all my conversions with d2v files it's just recently that all of them are not supported with tmpgenc. Dunno why but it's strange that it worked for one day and just stoped supporting it??? Any help thanx

  2. For some reason (can't explain why) I had a similar thing happen to me. I was running Tmpgen 2.53 (unregistered) and one day it just starting spitting out error messages about .d2v files. Wouldn't accept any of them. I knew it wasn't the file, because I had already encoded the first half of the movie from it the night before. I don't remember the exact error message, but it came up when selecting the .d2v file as the video source.

I completely deleted/uninstalled Tmpgen and reinstalled it. Worked fine and I've yet to have a similar problem.

  3. this might be the VFAPI plugin. try changing your priority in "enviornmental settings", then "VFAPI plugin" and change the DVD2AVI program to a higher number then restart tmpgenc. mine's set to 0 so try make it 1 and see what happens.

  5. hey guys! ive had this problem....very irritating! this is definately a bug in tmpg....ive tried changing priorities in the plug ins....no affect...it seems to happen when u access the same d2v file more than once....like when u are planning on using source range to split a movie onto several cd's...and u go back to ur d2v file....and whalah! not supported! i found an easy way around this bug....simply frameserve the portion of the movie that ur going to encode....use the d2v file once....then delete it...pegasus should be made aware of this serious bug....it is very annoying! happy burning!
