svcd problem -weird

after smartripping, dvd2avi and tmpgenc
i burned a svcd with nero 5.5 and the video is 1/4 the screen size and all in the upper left corner .it also flickers some
settings are right(ntsc)(sefy's template)

the apex dvd has played many of these svcd's before(using sefys template)

the mpeg plays normal on the computer
the dvd is oceans 11


my hard drive crashed and i had to reload onto a new drive
am using newer versions of tmpgenc and nero than before

any ideas?

one more thing,
i cant play the mpeg (on the cd)on the computer once its burned but can play it before burned

my advise to you is:
use dvd2svcd. same quality (or better), but more failproof.

I have had the same problem in the past while fooling around with different resolution sizes. My solution, be sure to double check your resolution size you are sticking with standard resolutions!!!
