DVDStyler weird problem

i successfully created a DVD a week ago and i want to recreate to saved files (*.dvds). this time the DVDStyler close down after i generate its "iso". i really dont know what just happened cause it was working last week.

DVDStyler 1.8.4.2
openSUSE 11.4

opening the saved files :

i already searched this in google and re-install the program including dvdauthor and still no avail.
