Question about DVDR MP3

I have all my mp3's burned on to a DVDR but the only player I tried that can play these is the Apex 1100 but you cant shuffle across all folders. I don't see the point of having to put all my mp3's in 1 folder to achive this.
Someone please tell me someone makes this DVD player that can play DVDR mp3's and shuffle across all folders.
Anyone?

Apex 1500 has shuffle on it + a macrovision/region free hack. Excellent dvd player. Make sure u get model starting w? A,B,C, or D these are firmware upgradeale w/ cd. U can fn them at compusa, sears, amazon.com. I bougt it for the mp3 feature & ended up selling my Apex 3201 because it did not have shuffle, good luck Also target has a memorex dvd player w/ mp3 shuffle and it's a lot prettier than Apex 1500, but no hack. I returned it because it didn't have the hack but looked nice. The apex 1500 has a nice mp3 menu compared to the others. Average price $75-90

p.s. i havn't tried mp3s dvd-rs, but did in cd-rs, the 1500 does play almost all of the formars out there. Check out www.nerd-out.com for more info in Apex players and hacks

I'm in the same boat as you. Let me know if you find anything out...I'm looking for a cheap laptop with a cd-rom drive and am going to use mp3 player software at this point. I have an auxiliary mode on my car cd player so I hooked a pioneer cd-rb10 to the ip bus input on the player now I just need that portable DVD-R mp3 player with a shuffle or random play option!
