Svcd to vcd back to svcd

I have some svcds that i have converted to vcd using the tmpgenc trick and now I need to go back to svcd. Is there a way to go back to svcd.

Another ques i have some avi files that are at frame rate of 14.??? fps and when I convert to a vcd or svcd using tmpgenc it plays all chopped up. Is the original frame rate a problem?

just use the same tmpgenc "svcd-trick", but instead select svcd when multiplexing it with tmpgenc and then burn as svcd.
