Problem with avi can't watch them

OK I use to be able to watch avi now but somethign happened I think my codecs got over writted or something so what do I need again ?

Go to tools section here...download codecs and reinstall them..

K well I installed Divx Codec 3.11 alpha, Divx 5 and Nimo Codec Pack and still it doens't work

Right click the AVI and select properties, find out what codec the AVI is using, then install that.

Probably MS Mpeg4 V2,3,4 "mpg4c32.dll" > Mpeg4 Codec.exe

If you find the codec to be SMR (Angel Portion) don't install it, delete the AVI instead

K well I got my avi thing to work some how I dunno how I did it tho lol ok heres another thing when ever i open any media files except mp3's this blue window at the bottom right hand corner comes up anyone know how I can get rid of it ? If I right click theres no exit or anything

Ah, thats with The New Media Player, there is a setting in the main program. I don't use this program so cannot remember where the setting is.
