    Are we able to burn VCD that enables forwarding or rewinding?

    any advise would be appreciated.

    If you play them on a dvd player it is equiped with the function as far as your computer goes unless you put a chapter selection on it i dont believe you can.

    Fast forward and rewind should work just fine on your DVD player. The only problem I've seen is with my Apex brand player, it FF/RW VCD fine but has a problem with SVCD's. I've heard there's a workaround, but haven't messed with it myself as I use only VCD.
