    how do I correct this? man nero is flipping out and no allowing me to put more than 1 episode on a cd... ouch!

    You will have to say what you want to do, how you are doing it and at what settings etc. It's very difficult to understand what you are trying to achieve. Are you cutting in TMPGEnc, or encoding or something completely different???????

    im cutting out the commericals in a mpg. Im setting the top to video cd 1 and just cutting.

    I presume you are cutting a MPEG1-Video CD stream. How long is the finished cut? What capacity is your CD-R?
