Latest official version can be downloaded at https://github.com/AviSynth/AviSynthPlus/releases
There are development builds over at https://github.com/pinterf/AviSynthPlus/releases, but those do not come with an installer since they are not meant for general usage.users currently on my ignore list: deadrats, Stears555, marcorocchini
