On some files that I convert MP4 to ISO, it cuts out a bit of the top/bottom of the image in the converted file (as per the pictures below)
Does anybody know how I can stop it from happening?

Looks like it did a "best fit" (and that's debatable) by cropping a little off the top and bottom and reducing the
pillarboxing bars to squash a 4x3 aspect ratio into 16x9.
If that's not what you want you better check your settings. -
Thanks for the reply. After changing the ratio to 4:3, would it make a difference then changing from PAL 720x576 25fps to NTSC 720x480 29.97fps ?

Would it make a difference to what ? The unusual cropping? Not necessarily.
Perhaps somebody more experienced with Freemake will chime in - the otherthing regarding the format
conversion - the frame rate needs to be adjusted.
If you're trying to create a dvd from a movie and the movie is 4x3, why not create a 4x3 DVD (iso) ?
