    would anyone know why when you are converting a movie with the above tool how comes when you go to save as mp4 it go fast from 0 to 50% but then from 50% to 100% it go real slow

    Probably it's doing a 2-pass encode. The first pass is usually much quicker

    I dont think its doing a 2 pass as I never asked it to
