  1. In the source range I was wondering how many frames can you fit onto an 700MB 80 Minute CD? If a Divx movie has 210,000 frames, I normally make the first CD from 0-80,000 then the second CD from 80,000-160,000, then the third CD from 160,000-210,000. My question is how many frames can you crunch onto one CD? Thanx

  2. I don't think its a matter of how many frames...I think its more a question of how much time as well as file size?
I generally make 2 cd XVCD's and my limit is 1.53G (after encoding) to be split between the 2 disks.
As for the time...I guess by changing settings on your xVCD,you are "fooling" your burning software into thinking thats its 80minutes or less.

something you can do is to do a simple demultiplex on your final mpg with tmpg, and then multiplex with bbmpg, and set the file size limit to 790 MB. this will give you files that will fill your CDs to the brim
(except maybe for the last file, which may be smaller...)
