    So I downloaded a movie from a shareware site. I have Windows XP. A shortcut to this movie is on my desktop. When I right click on it, select properties, it says type of file: video clip. Opens with; Windows media player. So my question is how do I turn this into a VCD? Please help me. I understand that all the answers are probally on this site so even a link would be great, i am kind of a dumbass and am not sure where to start. I did try right click send to (the cd burner) but it didnt work. Thanx in advance.
