There is a video with errors during broadcast and the deinterlacing generated these kind of jarring green artifacts. How to make them let's say black?

SpotLess and similar filters might be able to remove those artifacts if they are only in a few frames.
BasicVSR++ might also be able to help.users currently on my ignore list: deadrats, Stears555, marcorocchini -
That sort of corruption tends to run the full length of the GOP, and thus hard to remove.

To make it black or some other color you can chroma key or use maskhs in avisynth . The problem with that approach is if you have wanted green objects (e.g plant leaves) - they will be affected too. You might limit it with other techniques such as other masks depending on the distribution of artifacts
