    When I used both LosslessCut and Shutter Encoder to merge videos in a certain order, the audio was distorted. Is there a way to fix that? The original videos that were merged all had the lossless FFV1 video codec.

    See if those tools have a provision to copy the source audio
    rather that re-encode it, although that may not always be possible.
    What do you mean by distorted? What are the specs of the new audio?

    Here they are. I copied the source audio and didn't convert it but it still sounded distorted.

    The merge seems to have reduced the audio to one channel, ie. mono

    Look at the apps you used. Check the settings
