First line of srt file into Facebook video doesn't show

Hi, the srt file is all fine but once I come to upload the srt file into a Facebook video, the first line won't appear but the rest of subtitles will appear, please your help it drives me crazy

What about this; edit the srt file and add a duplicate first line or shift the time code off by, say, a millisecond.
