Tmpgenc will not show video

Hi there i'm trying to convert an avi file into mpeg using tmpgenc. It will go through the conversion process and there will be no video but you can here the audio. I falled the how to convert info on the website and this is the results i came up with. Thanks in advance for all the help.

I'm not sure if this will help, but...
under OPTIONS -> Enviromental setting -> VFLAPI Plug-in, right click the direct show reader, and increase priority until it is the highest

and if yes using what program / codec ?

I did something like that to get Picvideo MJPEG codec to work with TMPEGnc but now Huufyv doesn't work with TMPEGnc. How can I get both to work?
