MPEG2 to MPEG1

Can someone tell me how i can convert my MPEG2 movies to MPEG1 movies???

Look in the "How To" portion of this website (Left of the page). Simply put, you should down TMPGenc and you can convert from MPEG2 to MPEG2 easily. Just follow the directions.

Your options are as follows:

the DVD2AVI method or installing an MPEG-2 codec or filter and converting directly in TMPGEnc
